Custom Resin Figurines Production Process
1. Inquiry
To get started, please share your design drawings, 3D files, reference images, size, quantity, and any special requirements for packaging or shipping. Our team will review your project details and provide a quotation. You can also contact us by email or WhatsApp for faster communication.
2. Quotation
Based on your project requirements, we will prepare a detailed quotation, including product specifications, estimated sample cost, bulk order price, production time, packaging options, and shipping suggestions.
3. Order Confirmation
After the quotation is approved, we will send a Proforma Invoice with all confirmed order details. Production will begin after the deposit or agreed payment is received.
4. Sample Development
Our team will create the original model by 3D printing or hand-sculpting according to your design. After the model is approved, we will prepare a painted sample that reflects the final production effect. Bulk production will start only after your sample approval.
5. Bulk Production
Once the sample is confirmed, we will begin mass production. Each step, including mold making, casting, polishing, hand painting, assembly, and quality inspection, will be managed carefully to ensure consistent quality and fine details.
6. Packaging
We pack each resin figurine properly according to the product shape, order quantity, and your packaging requirements. Custom packaging, labels, and carton marks can also be arranged if needed.
7. Shipment Preparation
If you have your own freight forwarder, we will coordinate with them and prepare the required shipment documents. If you do not have a forwarder, we can also recommend reliable shipping options based on your destination, timeline, and budget.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Your goods can be shipped by sea, air, railway, or express delivery, depending on your order volume and delivery schedule. We will help you choose a practical and cost-effective shipping solution.
9. After-Sales Support
After receiving the goods, please contact us if you have any questions about product quality, packaging, or delivery. We are committed to providing reliable support and building long-term cooperation with our customers.
